Re: 1967 Corvette 427/435 Stamp Pad Validation
Charles,
Welcome to the NCRS. This is a wonderful organization full of Corvette nuts like myself. Your picture is too small to tell anything. In all honesty, you should have hired someone to inspect the pad BEFORE you bought the car (unless you got the car so cheap it didn't matter which i doubt with a 67 Vette). Post a closer up pic and i am sure you will get some opinions...but the only opinions that matter are those of the two Mechanical judges on the day your car is judged. Enjoy your new car. ARA- Top

Thanks Ara! Here is a closeup of the pad. I know these are not 100% judgements but I am new to this so opinions help.- Top

If it has been restamped, it is an excellent job that should earn all the points at an NCRS judging. The fonts are perfect, and the grain looks very good.- Top
