Loss of Joe Perri
I just received a message from a fellow Texas member that Joe Perri passed away suddenly on Tuesday. All my cars have Joe Perri radiator caps and oil caps on them. He was a friend of mine and neighbor of my mom in Chicago for many years. Joe and I grew up in the same neighborhood and met many years ago when I was visiting my mom. His house was two blocks from hers. Oddly enough i'll be in the "Old Neighborhood" for another funeral on Tuesday, I was going to contact Joe to let him know I would be in the neighborhood. I'm so sorry to hear this news.

Re: Loss of Joe Perri
Tim,
Thank you for posting this. I didn't personally know Joe, but I was certainly aware of his restoration services. It is sad that we have lost another reliable source of quality restoration services. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Re: Loss of Joe Perri
I met Joe Perri through Paul Oslansky and he did some work for me again through Paul. I did not know Joe well, but what I did know that he was a great guy and the work he did was phenomenal and full of integrity. Joe will greatly be missed and my prayers and thoughts are with his family."SOLID LIFTERS MATTER"- Top

Re: Loss of Joe Perri
So sad to here this. Joe has restored a number of parts for me and I felt so comfortable speaking with him. He was very warm and enthusiastic. His work top notch. I met him at Carlisle and put a face to his voice and enjoyed our chance meeting. Prayers for Joe and family.- Top
