William, often your chapter judging chairman will provide these to their judges at a school or event.

Mark, I am the chapter judging chairman, and I have not received any notice, even in the restorer mag, Dave mentions it was reviewed, but no action. Should I have been notified

They were handed out and part of it covered at the Judging Chairman's school on Thursday at the recent Winter Regional (Florida). Dave King had plenty on hand for purchase ($1 each). Don H.
