Put the water pump on my 68 l36 the other night. Cleaned up the original bolts and re-used them. However, one bolt (the lower passenger side bolt) isn't correct I learned this after I went to put them hand tight and it bottomed out.
I noticed in the bag I tagged it with it had a washer on it. Someone in the past had put a longer bolt here and used a washer to compensate for it being longer.
So, with my gaskets already with sealant and on and the other bolts in and hand tight I went ahead and pulled the bolt out put the washer on and torqued them.
I now want to remove that bolt and buy a correct one from paragon.....problem is their site doesn't describe them that well..
which on this link would be correct for a 68 427 water pump lower passenger side bolt?

could buy the kit and use just the one bolt from it but I'd rather just buy the one I need
