Im In The Process Of Rebuilding Alt, Is There Any Way To Clean-up The Housing To Make The Cast Alum. Look New Again.

blast with pulverized glass beads. the beads need to be like powder. it will clean into the pores of the aluminum and not destroy it. gotta use low pressure too about 40 pounds. and shoot about 6" away. when done set outside in the acid rain to age it a bit.
