How rare is a '67 Convertible

with an L68, PowerGlide, air conditioning, power brakes, power steering, and power windows with orginal side exhaust? I know there are no data to tell you, and extrapolation is silly in this case, but what do you guys think? Considering of course there is reasonable documentation to show all this.

    The Black Book says:

The 2,324 M35 (Powerglide) quantity was split 1,725 with 300hp engines, 392 with 390hp engines, and 207 with 400hp engines.

So you start from 207...and probably get no further with the other options as you have noted. Those further data do not exist. Nevertheless a very rare car.

Powerglide and real Side exhaust? I would take a real hard look at that one.

I also own one plus tele scoping steering, speed warning and tinted glass. Lets just say they are special cars. Its funny know one wanted these cars in the 60's and now they are pretty cool. I have only found about 5 so far. what color is it. mine is goodwood green with white stinger and both tops.

Red with a white stinger and a white interior. Sorry, I contacted the seller and it doesn't have side exhaust, but he also doesn't have a tank sticker. You do wonder about who wanted all that stuff, maybe they were confusing it with a Cadillac?

I think it was either a women or a lazy rich southern boy who didn't want to sweat or shift.

I can't wait to get mine to its first NCRS show. I'm having a blast trying to get it ready. I'm sure I'll miss a few small items but thats part of the fun.
how much does he want for the car? has it been restored recently?

With as many 63-67 cars that were made, rare usually means least desirable. Who in their right mind would order a BB with a P/G? I sure as he11 wouldn't want one regardless of price.

It is very pricey, $130,000, recently restored (5 years ago), and has a Bloomington Gold certificate. I'm just not sure I want all that stuff to try and keep working over the years . And I would have to sell my old reliable '66 L79 Mosport coupe to get it.

Lazy has nothing to do with being from the South.

Why do so many persist in this, "How rare is my car?" nonesense? The answer is quick & dirty. Your car is a one of a kind! It's the only one built with that VIN tag....

Jack, you might just have had coined a new catch phase "One of a Kind", for cars for sale ads. Can't wait to see those start poping up.

But, that combination is precisely why I bought my 67 BB with P/G, AC, PB, PW, Speedminder, etc.: for its rarity. Different strokes, etc.
