        Re: Hypothetical Question

First, would be the rare: '59 Scaglietti bodied coupe (I've only seen pics but very cool)

Second, black/blue int. with blue soft top and stinger BB '67 with BO and side pipes (only have seen pics, but awesome combo).

        Third, '57 fuelie

        And then, a ZR1 (blue)

        And then, the C6R #73

Finally, my cars (they're paid for )

            Re: Hypothetical Question

I have what I wanted as a kid, a '62. Now I would like to have one with a 300hp. auto, power everything and a fuelie. Any of the '63-'65's with a fuel inj. I just love them small blocks.

              Re: Hypothetical Question

Since money and space are not problems in this discussion, I would add a 66 427 coupe to the collection along with a new ZR1. Then I would do a body off on my existing 60 and 71 LS5.

Not me. Like you I want a car I can drive anywhere and the one I mentioned fits that bill:

Two choices - first, a 1958-1960 dual quad Corvette 4 spd - love the lines, no handling, minimal performance (by today's standards) but who cares - it's a beautiful car. Second, a 2006 or newer Z06. Incredible performance with optimal gas mileage to boot. Colors don't matter - it's the car that counts!

Being in love with the look of Solid Axles and driving in all types of weather I would like to have the 1962 Fawn Beige "look a like" `62 on a C6 chassis that I saw at Ken Lingenfelter's in `08 during the Michigan Regional.
                      The best of both worlds.

Isn't that a pizza delivery vehicle? Californian pizza guys always did it right.

A traffic ticket for loud exhaust with "1963 Grand Sport" in the vehicle description area would be quite the collectors item, wouldn't it?

For me it's the color combo... black or silver with red interior and white top and my favorite years are 58-69. Finding a good 58-69 isn't too hard but finding a REAL car in that color combo is.

Yep, that was the pizza man driving. Probably was a rush order.

                              You have a good memory.

63 fuelie split window coupe. I love the early technology of the fuel injection and that is my all time favorite vette body style.
