Who knows what the future will bring? There a large quantities of C4s out there and many of them are owned by NCRS types like us. If they are restored like the C1s, C2s and C3s, the aftermarket suppliers will turn out the parts needed, I believe. Sure, they may be expensive but to get a Top Flight car, the owners will probably be willing to pay. I just had my '86 Coupe out this morning and it runs almost like it did when I drove it out of the showroom in October of 1985. Not all parts are original and correct, but that is not my main concern.
