    Would you vote for this guy?

    The local "shopper paper" that came today had the attached scan on the front cover. He's running for chairman of the semi-rural township in which we live. Would you vote for him?

    (For you that don't recognize him, Tom is NCRS member #6338 and is a former regional director)
