64 Flasher Decode - Back up lights

Std flashers are 383637 with 636 optional. For back up lights this changes to 383638 or optional 639, all per the AIM. A guy on ebay has an NOS Signal Stat 142 he says is the 383639 and that might be right. Can anyone give me the options for flashers for back up light cars in 64 using manufacturer numbers, TungSol, Signal Stat or whatever is right?

Here is some information which may just add more confusion, but nobody has responded so . .
The pictures are from other members (thanks) Despite what the tech write up states I have
had the wrong flasher in my can since 1967 (its the 143) working just fine.

My 1964 & 1965 Chevrolet Parts Catalogs (Oct. 1963 & Oct. 1964) list GM # 383639 in Gr. 2.892 as the service part number for the flasher for the 1964 Corvette w/back-up lamp. The description is "FLASHER (2 bulb)(A-418B)". I have never found one.

The Signal Stat ZN332, Signal Stat 143, and Tung Sol AP373V flashers were sold in GM boxes with part number 3758682 and are listed for 61-63 Corvettes.
