63 Corvette turn signal flasher

Hi Does anyone have a current part # for replacement of the above? I have tried all the local sources with no luck even when the old parts books come out of the back room. Nothing for any 63 Chevrolet vehicle. Appreciate any input.

I recently purchased one for my 1966 from Corvette Central and it works perfectly.

According to my Chevrolet & GM Parts History manuals GM # 3758682 was replaced with GM # 9771091 in May 1969.
After that, 9771091 to 491160 to 10029240.

The original part numbers were 3758682 for a Tung Sol AP 373 or 3758683 for a Signal Stat 143. These are for a car without backup lights. You can find these occasionally on ebay. They will only work correctly if you have the correct light bulbs in your car. Many vendors (Corvette Central, MidAmerica, Paragon, Long Island COrvette) sell a replacement which will work correctly.

GM # 3758683 appears in the 1963 Corvette AIM but not in the 1963 or 1964 Chevrolet Parts Catalog (Oct 62 or Oct. 63) or in any of my other 1965-1969 Chevrolet parts catalogs.

GM # 3758682 is listed in both my 1963 & 1964 parts catalogs and is described as "FLASHER, controls 3 bulbs only (AP373V).

Chevrolet actually sold Signal Stat 143 and ZN 332 flashers in GM boxes with part # 3758682. Years ago I had a case of 12 NOS AP373V flashers each in its own Tung Sol box.

In the last 33 years I have never found a NOS Tung Sol AP373V flasher in a GM box but I 'm sure they did exist. As far as I know the date code stamped on the AP373V flasher has yet to be decoded.

I bought a 63 nos correct flasher from Pete Lindahl in NM. He always has adds in the restorer .
