Rear license plate frame

Is the rear license plate frame supposed to be the same as the front (stainless, with a compression spring clip on one end)?? '66 L79 Vert #1241

yes,
the spring holder clip is on both sides.

re. below, your frame is missing one spring clip. I think all the vendors sell the repro frames, but none are "correct". The repros will not hold a magnet and the rivets holding the clips are wrong and the clips lack the patent nos. of originals. LICS is a vendor that many like for "most correct" repros. Others like KEEN, ZIP, Paragon and CC.

Thanks-- I noticed that the Front frame (repro) I got had a hole in the side where there wasn't a spring clip-- is this incorrect for the front as well as the rear?? Know where I can get correct repros??
