I am trying to decipher the aluminum ID band on a distributor I removed from my 64. The band is red and the number reads :
1111069 DELCO REMY 0 J 13.
My car is a 365 hp. The limited resources I have show me that number was used in 64 and 65 only. What is puzzling is the date code. Would that read as Sept. 13, 1970?
