Just received the shipping data report.
Name and address are:

GM Omaha Zone Office
Omaha Nebraska

What does that mean? Was this car not shipped to a dealer, but some central office for the zone in Omaha?
Do I dare ask what that could mean?
Shipped to some corporate VP,? Or perhaps a car used for some "special" purpose??
Maybe it means that the dealer no longer exists?
Any thoughts?

Richard, we believe a zone office car was either intended for use by zone management or was used for special display/demonstration. When this "duty" was completed the car likely ended up at a Chevrolet dealer for sale.
