It appears you already found this prior discussion of Hunt Chevrolet. See above.

I lived in the area for quite awhile, but do not recall the ads with "HUNT for Chevrolets". It was simply HUNT CHEVROLET to me. If I worked on this a little bit, I could probably find an address.

In the sixties, most Corvettes in Buffalo came from Glen Campbell Chevrolet on Main St., Williamsville. A Dr. Frost that I know of, waited most of 1963 for a coupe with air. He finally picked a 300 HP no radio coupe (without air) when Glen Campbell told him "no A/C coming in 1963 models".

Unknown Stories of WNY: A Chevy Built For The Open Water

A Buffalo car dealer turned heads in the 1940's when he had a 1936 Chevy built into a boat.

BUFFALO, NY - The Buffalo Transportation Pierce Arrow Museum is the product of one man's passion.
It is a passion for preservation that continues to motivate museum founder Jim Sandoro. "When I was a little boy, anytime anyone would tell me something about Buffalo, I had a photocopier, I would keep it in a file. I have thousands and thousands of files on Buffalo industry. "
Sandoro has amassed quite a collection in his museum a lasting tribute to automotive innovations of Western New York. But even he is surprised when he stumbles upon some of those forgotten innovations, case in point Percy Hunt.

Hunt was a Buffalo Chevrolet dealer, who, in a moment of inspiration came up with the idea of mounting the body, engine and drive shaft of a 1936 Chevy onto a boat. The Chevy Chase was certainly a spectacle on the waters of Lake Erie. In fact there was even a newsreel made about his unique mode of transportation.
And how is this for business creativity? In 1942, just before World War 2 caused auto production to stop, Hunt ordered 250 Chevrolets and put them in storage at the old Pierce-Arrow plant on Elmwood Avenue. When the war was over he cleaned up, being the only guy to have "new" cars on his lot.

I just called Gene Monacell of Buffalo. Gene bought a '56 sedan in about 1959. He is sure that
https://www.paddockchevrolet.com at 2323 Delaware in Kenmore, NY sits on the site of the old HUNT Chevrolet dealership. Before Paddock, he says it was called AWALD Chevrolet (same address).

West Herr Automotive Group has acquired the assets of Glen Campbell Chevrolet in Williamsville.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With the acquisition, West Herr now has three Chevrolet dealerships — one each in Williamsville, Orchard Park and Hamburg and the company now sells Chevrolet, Ford and Toyota.
Melissa Attea has been appointed general manager of the dealership, located at 8040 Transit Road, and which employs 44, and the workforce may rise to 65 as store volume increases.
The 41,000-square-foot building will be renovated to a state-of-the-art General Motors Facility Image Design in 2013.
Glen Campbell Chevrolet had been in business for 66 years.

There is a Hunt Chevrolet in Franklinville, NY and also a William B Hunt Chevrolet in the same town. Guess they had a few dealerships.
