I got my shipping data and I see my car was shipped to Montgomery Chevrolet in Louisville which is still in business. I'm looking for a point of contact with someone at that dealership that might be able to help me. I would appreciate any help.
Here is the email contact from their GM site. rodneychancey@bigmchevrolet.com Keep in mind some dealers just don't get the whole car history thing. Some do, others don't. Try an email explaining what you are looking for. I think an email might be better than a call. See if there is a contact at the store who has been there for many years and may remember your car. I can tell you it is safe to bet that the records of the sale don't exist anymore, but don't give up until you try.
Your best shot is to find an old time employee or have them direct you to a retired old timer !!!!
Here's where I'd start. Good luck and report back !!

Thank you Tom,
I plan on driving down there on Friday only 4 hour trip plus I can visit some family while I'm there. I also sent in a title search in KY on the car so I'm hoping I'll get something back. I'll let you know what I find
PS. I had nothing before, now I have a starting place at least.
