If I am reading this correctly (and no guarantee, it is hard to see), it says:

Dealer Code 187
Forest City Mo Co [Forest City Motor Company?]
83 Winslow St.
Portland, ME

Delivery Date of 10-6-66

I find a reference to a Forest City Chevrolet, 1000 Brighton Ave. in Portland, ME.
Shows us as Zone 32, Dealer 276 for 1976 models. Same dealer?

Don't forget they changed dealer codes quite often back in those days from what I've heard.
