I seem to remember seeing this picture before with Sutliff Chevrolet in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania being listed as the location of the picture. If that is case, which it might be, the picture would be taken looking up Paxton Street to with the light being at 13th Street. Sutliff was expanded after the second war and this could be their "new" building which was recently remodeled.
