Just rec'd my shipping data report.
Dealer was Buddy Foster Chev. in Zephyrills, Fl.
Dealer code 95 in Zone 26.
I put a call into them regarding info. No one will talk on phone. They want u to come down in person. i told the 2 people i spoke with i'm not looking at buying a car. Just wanted to 1- know when they opened as their site doesnt give dates of operation or history. Court house records only go back to 80. And 2 would they know if any old records were kept.
So one day i'll drive over.

Thanks Tom, just got off phone with Clerk of Courts. They said they opened in early 1971. Still might drive over as its a little over an hr and see if any old records are around. i see they moved to a new building a few yrs ago. So not holding my breath.

Thanks Deb. I'm going to take a ride over one day just for the heck of it. I now know where car originated from. I bought it from 2nd owner whom bought it in 1974, while living in West Palm Beach. He bought it from a Steve Bucannon?. whom lived in his area. But i'm not sure on the spelling of last name. Hoping to find anyone whom might of worked there in july 72. Car being a BB convert, in War Bonnet Yellow might jog someones memory.
