    Posting Dealer Inqueries On Cf

I have not seen anyone post on CF looking for info about their dealer. You might get to some people that do not belong to NCRS but remember a dealer ETC. It would be another sourse of people that might know something.

    Hi Ken
Good suggestion! There has been some treads on CF (mine being one) but not as much as this site. The day I got my Shipping data from NCRS I posted to both and started my own research and calling different contacts that I could find on the internet. Here the link

    http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c3-g...-virginia.html

Long story short Harrell Chevrolet is not in existance today but was sold to Herman Sadler Jr. (His Son are Elliott #19 NASCAR driver and Hermie an announcer for NASCAR today) in 1969 and they used the GM zone and Dealer # from Harrell. Sadler is stiil in Imporia,Va still today, But have no old records back to 1972.
It is interesting what you find and and then reach dead ends, but you can't give up .
    Still searching
    John

      GOOD LUCK
Maybe someone will remember the Corvette if it's not a big town. Did you post on CF C-3 or C-2?

There have been many such posts in the C1-C2 section.
