Is there enough information on the Shipping Data Report such as zone, Dealer number and address and if you have a pretty good idea of what options came on your Corvette.
Will the vendor who does reproduction window stickers do one for you if you provide this information or MUST you still have a build sheet or old window sticker?
There's more than one place to get a window sticker made. Many like/use AAA Enterprises (I did). They'll work with what you give them (zone/dealer number + option list).
The process is pretty much uni-directional though. Send them the information + payment and get the reproduction sticker(s) back. They did this 'apparently' to cut off phone calls where all the caller wanted was verification/translation of his zone/dealer number vs. actually buying a reproduction sticker...
Remember, at NCRS, we judge cars as they were originally built AND as delivered to the original buyer absent owner/dealer 'inspired' option addition/deletion. So, NCRS judges don't really look for a window sticker since it was typically removed by the selling dealer to thwart driver visibility problems.
It's the fellas at Bloomington who really want to see cars on the judging field wearing their window stickers. Plus, they'll probably check for the 'proper' manner of affixing (glue/rubber cement vs. double sided Scotch tape). And, if you buy the AAA sticker product that's encased in clear plastic, expect a deduction there because that wasn't the way the factory configured the car.
BUT, after the judging is mainly complete, the window sticker IS a crowd pleaser component at your local show 'n shine event!
