Hi Guys,

Just received the shipping report this week. Well it was big suprise to see the full data in the report. Fact is that I could track the history of the car back to 1998 and now I learned it was:

Produced on 27th July 1965
Shipped to Hicks Chevrolet in Washington DC (Dealer code - 250, Zone - 14)

I googled on Hicks and found Malcolm Durham was a mechanic over there.

Is there anybody who has more info on this dealer? perhaps some old pics and decals?

Here's a little more on him. Not specifically Hicks, but interesting history surrounding your dealer !!! Bet there are some old photos around somewhere. Let's keep digging.

Michael,

I also just got my Shipping Data Report for my '64 Coupe that was built June 23, 1964 and delivered at Hick's Chevrolet in Washington, DC.

I will let you know if I can find any information and I would appreciate if you would do likewise.
