    Shipping Data Report

    I received my shipping data report today. The dealer was Dengler Chevrolet Fredonia, New York. Dealer code 185 zone 12. 1971 convertable ontario orange. If anyone has info about this dealer I would like to know when they were in business. My car was likely purchased in the spring of 71 as it was built 2/2/71. Mike (42753)

              Don't know when they closed, but it is now Robert Basil Chevrolet.

                  From what I can see in the NY system, they opened on Dec. 10 of 1947 and closed officially on July 25th of 1991.

                      Thank you Brian & Tom for the info. I contacted a member of the local corvette club and will talk with him today. The dealership looked like it was from the 30s or 40s from the pics that Brian supplied. Thanks again! Mike (42753)
