Hi Stacy ! I can't be certain, but I bet you are looking for E.B. Chevrolet Inc. ( Not E.H. Chevrolet. )
E.B. Chevrolet Inc. was in Nashville beginning in February of 1968. From what I can see, they later became Woodland Motors. They disolved in 2005.
Contact the local library or chamber of commerce or historical society. I bet there is some info. Tennessee folks are usually pretty willing to help !!

I'm not totally certain, but I could find no records on EH Smith, but EB Smoth came right up for me in the Tennessee records. Looks into it and see what you find out !
