E H Smith Chevrolet, Nashville TN

Hi guys! I'm researching my Uncle's car for him as a Christmas present. It's a 1970 ragtop, delivered in late July or August.

I'm looking for any info about E H Smith Chevrolet in Nashville, TN. I've googled everything I can think of, there's so many Smith names it's tough.

Hi Stacy ! I can't be certain, but I bet you are looking for E.B. Chevrolet Inc. ( Not E.H. Chevrolet. )

E.B. Chevrolet Inc. was in Nashville beginning in February of 1968. From what I can see, they later became Woodland Motors. They disolved in 2005.

Contact the local library or chamber of commerce or historical society. I bet there is some info. Tennessee folks are usually pretty willing to help !!

Not sure what I mean My report says E H Smith, probably was supposed to mean E B Smith. Good catch Tom, I would never have known any different.

I'm not totally certain, but I could find no records on EH Smith, but EB Smoth came right up for me in the Tennessee records. Looks into it and see what you find out !
