    Need help with history on '61 vette

    Recently bought 61 vette that spent the last 27 years in Indianapolis area. I do not know where the car originated so any info or history on the car will be greatly appreciated. VIN# 10867 S 108881. Thanks in advance. Mike #53700

      You might want to use the NCRS Historical document services, especially the Shipping Data report is useful as a starting point (see https://www.ncrs.org/services.php). Besides that sometimes DMV can help or folowing the chain of previous owners back in time. Happy hunting!!!

          I don't believe the NCRS document service will help us with a 61 will it ???

              Information only goes back to about #6000 for 1962.
