We have owned our 1960 Corvette since 1974. When we previously did a title search in the late 80's, our name was the only one that came up. The car was purchased from a used car lot in Canada. The used car lot is long gone...We have no other history of the car...Can someone help us..

Have you tried GM Vintage Services in Oshawa? http://www.vintagevehicleservices.com/index.html You can click on a sample sheet of what they can provide on the website. They don't have a lot of information on cars that are 1963 or earlier but it is better than nothing.
The caveat is that they only have infomation on cars delivered new in Canada.
Never tried that website...will give it a go. My gut feeling tells me that the car was brought to Canada as a used car...but who knows?? Thanks I will let you know how things work out.
