Rick Navarette, Lorraine Laswell

Looking for early history on a 63 SWC once owned by a Rick Navarette in either LA, Califonia, or New Mexico, or both. Car may have been used in Corvette race meets/club events and exported in early 70's. Any information welcome. Car was originally Sebring Silver with Dark Blue interior, but may have been orange, light-mid blue or yellow at various times between new and 1971. Has an insurance sticker inside glovebox lid with the name of Lorraine Laswell in Albuqueque, New Mexico. Any information most welcome

thanks for your help on this. I'll make contact and see where it leads.
Two other key leads that would help me are: 1. making contact with a person who is aware of any 63 Vettes sold through the LA zone office, particularly a Sebring Silver/Dark Blue car, and 2. a Richard (Rick) Jay Navarette listed as an early owner of the car in either California or New Mexico, late 60's to 1971.
