      John,
I had a 65 for many years - which was ordered to be delivered just over the Wisc. line to Ferris Bros. Chev.. The original owner, who I met and spoke to many times, changed his mind and flew down and picked it up at the plant. In a period of about 2/3 weeks he got a check from Chev. for a grand total of $23.00 he had paid for delivery. We often joked about why he did not keep the check, as he kept everything else concerning the purchase and delivery documentation. I hope you will be able at least figure out a ballpark figure. Good luck.
