Charles Billups Chevrolet--Marlow Oklahoma--1967 Corvette

I recently learned from the NCRS Data Report my 1967 Corvette was delivered from St. Louis to Charles Billups Chevrolet (Zone 23 Dealer Code 74) in Marlow Oklahoma. I am attempting determine the history of this dealership and the possibility that original dealership documentation might still exist. Apparently the vehicle was transferred from Billups to Modern Chevrolet in Lubbock Texas where is was sold to the first owner on July 1, 1967. Modern Chevrolet is no longer an active dealer and all records prior to about 1984 were destroyed during a move to a new building. Any information about Charles Billups Chevrolet, Mr. Billups or his heirs will be appreciated. Terry Key
