Engine 66-00019

I have a very nice 66 427 425 horse block with what I believe to be vin 6100019. The pad says T0909IP 6100 19. The number missing looks like possibly another 0 to me. However several self proclaimed Gurus have told me it can't be a 0. They say it must be a 4 or 5 or 9 etc.

I have attached pics if anyone is interested. I want to sell this block for $4500 or I will take a nice late 65 early 66 962 casting and $3000 cash in trade.

Missing number to me "appears" to be a 6; also casting date "appears" to be L36 not L35

casting date is not correct to assembly date. Is casting date an I ? then it would line up.
