I have the original invoice from Salina Chevrolet, Syracuse New York for the 1964 Corvette I purchased. It was sold to George William Hunt (that is me) in Brewerton, NY February 29, 1964. It was a Corvette convertable, eng. number / VIN 40867S111085. It was painted saddle tan with saddle tan interior, white top, 4 speed, 365 hp, post axle 4:11R. The invoice shows that I traded in a 1963 Corvette HT: engine # Vin 30867S112794 (63-12794). Love to find the owners of both vehicles.

Re: 64-11085
Thank you Ralph. Still have lots of pictures of the 63 (black with red interior) and the 64. Took the 64 on our honyemoon (July 1964) to NYNY, Atlantic City NJ, Washington DC, Luray Virgina, Gettesburg PA, Niagra Falls and back to Syracuse NY. We spent three weeks on the road and have lots of great pictures. My wife and I have been married 53 years. I paid $4,683.60 for the car and got $2,35.60 for my 63 as trade-in. My monthly payments, 36 at $90.40 each. That's hard to believe. Will continue to track them down.- Top

Re: 64-11085
I plan to do that. They posted a few pictures of the 63 when it was black on black. Has the hart top which I hated. Not sure why I ordered it that way. Purchased the car from Raymore Chevrolet, Central Square NY. HT is why I traded it in for a 64 having a white soft top.- Top

Re: 64-11085
Ralph, Just spoke with John at RK Motors. Could not tell me who the current owner is due to the Gov Privacy Act. Can't give out that information. Told me the the car was overhauled in Ohio, Oragon and the had over $154,000 invested. RK Motors handled only the sale of the car. Not sure what they sold it for.- Top
