I friend showed me the order he placed in January of 1965 for his blue coupe at Carl Chevrolet in Springfield Illinois, along with the sales tax receipt issued upon his taking delivery in April of the same year. 111419 was the number used on both the order and the sales tax papers. Hope someone can benefit!
