Judging Points / Member information

Greetings Members,

Checking my judging point tally, I see 14 points and 0 for the level. I was in the understanding that 10 pts. was a level 1. Am i missing something? Our Chapter Meet was this past weekend. I went to a juding school for exterior finishes,Judged 1968-69 interiors, also entered my corvette in the Sportsman Class. I thought I was to earn 1pt. for the judging school, 2pts. for being a judge at the Chapter Meet, and 2 pts for the Sportsman Class. Who is in Control of My Member Information accuracy?

JeffYour judging points are handled by your chapter judging chairman for a chapter meet. You are correct that you earn 1 point for a judging class and 2 points for being a chapter judge. You can earn a total of 3 points at a chapter meet. The 2 points you earn for Sportsman do not count toward judging. Sportsman points count toward earning a Sportsman award from the National. Since you said that the meet was just held last weekend, I would give it a little time before contacting your chapter judging chairman. It s a volunteer position.Bob
