Log-in to Website

Okay - not sure about new format of the web page! Every time I have attempted to login to the new webpage, after providing my login credentials it takes me to a splash page where it indicates the following:

Welcome at the Technical Discussion Board of
the NCRS. Your trial period of 31 days for visiting the NCRS Technical
Discussion Board is initiated. During this period you'll have read-only access
to the NCRS forum. To enjoy full access to this forum please become an NCRS
Member via our NCRS Webstore and activate your forum account.

In 10 seconds you will be redirected to the page you selected on
the NCRS forum.

Well, I wait and nothing happens. So, L click back to the login page and then click on HOME and a drop-down menu appears and I am able to get to the TDB. Seems like something is broken in some of the scripts and need some more "tweaking".

Help Desk tickets are requested for these kinds of problems.

We need more information to be able to try to replicate the problem you're experiencing:
- browser and version
- URL of new webpage you're accessing

Members, if you're having the same problem as Rick - please use www.ncrs.org to access the redesigned NCRS home page.

Also, if you're using Favorites or Bookmarked links for the NCRS website, etc. - old links will need to be updated. NCRS website use www.ncrs.org

Go to the redesigned home page www.ncrs.org and save the links from the Services menu tab.

You may need to clear out your Internet browsing history. How to clear your browser's history, please read this Help Desk Knowledge Base "how to" article

Doing what you list and all I get is listing of assorted NCRS areas - can not find a way to get to a page that allows me to log in? Ed Styczynski #10775

Ed,

As Gary mentioned - first thing you MUST do is clear out ALL Internet browsing history. In fact, once you do, it may be wise to close your browser and then come back in and then type the URL - http://www.ncrs.org. Once you do that you should be brought to "new and improved" NCRS web page. Or, od you can just click on the link in this response once you clear history.

Gary, came home tonight expecting another rough time - went on-line and was like nothing ever happened. Many thanks, all is right in the world now. Ed
