    Keep getting logged off

Seems like anymore when I try to reply to a post, I get logged off and need to log back in about 10 times. This started about a month or so ago. Nothing has changed on my end (that I'm aware of). Windows 7, IE 11.

Sometimes when I log in, I get the window, thanks for logging in and the next window logs me out. Or I can reply to a post, do all of my typing and when I hit post I get a message saying I don't have the privileges and to log in again. I've learned to copy what I have posted before hitting post quick reply, this way I don't have to retype everything.

I should also add, this happens most frequently with my work computer. My home computer is not nearly as bad, but I still experience the same thing from time to time.

    Re: Keep getting logged off

    Tom,

Unfortunately, Microsoft updates IE11 at least once a month. My Windows 8 IE11 was updated this last Tuesday.

You can do one of two things:
    1) reset IE11 to factory defaults and see if that resolves your problem: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/i...tings#ie=ie-11
    2) download and use Chrome browser: http://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome...&utm_medium=ha

FWIW - the Help Forum is for how to use the Technical Discussion Board. Problems should be reported to the Help Desk www.ncrs.org/helpdesk/

Thanks Gary. I'll give those suggestions a shot.

Sorry for posting in the wrong section..... Now I see the red text that says to use the help desk.
