Hello, Has anyone recently purchased club clothing items from the Firefox Co. through the NCRS Shop and had trouble receiving them? I placed an order on 10/07/14 and paid additional freight charges for 2nd day delivery. I know it takes time to have the logos applied and have taken it into consideration. The real problem lies in the fact that I have e-mailed their customer service and left phone messages for the last four days and have not received a response. There is never a person answering the phone and their message box is full. Can anyone suggest another form of communication I can use to just get an update. As always, thanks in advance for any and all help. John

If you have a problem with them and it doesn't get resolved, then open a Help Desk ticket. That way NCRS management can get involved if needed.
