I have just tried for 35 minutes to purchase a new 200 Club Master Judge shirt in the NCRS store to replace my old faded one.

Can't do it. Keeps asking for a "restriction code", and that code is not provided. No link on how to get one either.

I registered for the store... set up a new account....

Can anyone tell me how I can purchase a new polo shirt?

Why is this site so difficult to use?

when guys write that they are trying to use aspects of the website and are beset by oddball glitches, it seems to always be because they are using IE as their browser. Are you by chance? I just ran through a purchase of a shirt all except for hitting the pay button and it worked for me using Chrome as my browser. Suggest you try that. If no good, then submit a Help Desk Tix and one of the IT boys will get you squared away. You will need to include your browser info and IP address in your help request.

The problem might be that I'm trying to make a "restricted purchase", i.e., buying a 200 Level shirt, and they need proof somehow that I am a 200 level judge.

I would think that your judging level in the data base would correlate for the "restriction" if that is what is going on.

The code that you are looking for is one to confirm you are at least a 200 judge in order to buy the shirt. You may recall a while back a notice was sent out to the various level judges to allow them to purchase shirts. I'll let Dave B know that we may need to do that again. Sorry for the confusion.

As an alternative, you could spend another $10K and get to 300 level at which time Mr. Brigham will give you a new shirt, and I think a jacket, too.

I'm sitting about 265 right now. Not sure if I'll ever make 300, as I rarely judge at Regionals and Nationals anymore.

Did it. Got the secret code and ordered a new shirt. Thanks to all for your help.

IMHO, it's still WAY too difficult to use The Store.
