Recent Judging guide purchase

I need a little help. I placed a paid (credit card) order recently for a 65 judging guide. Card was processed. I get a notice that the order was canceled and a refund would be processed. Notice of refund via paypal dated 3/24/16. As of today no refund to paypal or my VISA. I have been trying to contact someone about the refund to paypal and requesting that refund to the VISA card as it was paid. NO REPLIES !!!!! Is the store completely shut down?? What can I do ??

I don't think the Tech Forum can help you much. Have you tried the "contact" button at the bottom of the store's page? You can type a message in the field, or use the contact information provided (shown below).

Yea, I've sent messages and no replies and no service. Just thought maybe others have had problems recently too and could offer a suggestion on how to rectify this. thanks Mark

as you know the "store" is in transition. Suggest you send in a Help Desk ticket outlining your problem and it will be routed to whomever has the ability to rectify the problem for you, whether it is send you the TIM&JG or refund your payment. I received a note from my local chapter last night indicating that the Cincinnati office is essentially closed. The duties of Gary and Eric are being reassigned.

I have been working on yours and others order from the NCRS store. Since the store has closed and we do not have access to its inventory we can not ship your order. Hence the refund I do not know how long this refund process takes. Please keep an eye on it. If refund does not go through please let me know. At shopkeeper@ncrs.org

Should we be advising our members not to make credit card payments to NCRS until the financial situation is clarified?

There is no problem with making credit card payments to NCRS for the Convention and Membership Renewals in the Store. The on-line credit card payments go directly into the NCRS bank account that is controlled by NCRS.

Only checks and credit card information previously mailed to the now closed Cincinnati Office were effected.

Since I started this I guess i should respond. Although I've been a member for a while when it comes to navigating the different areas of this web site I get really confused. Especially when it comes down to contacting the right someone to ask questions. Gary Chestnut contacted me and was a tremendous help; answered all the questions I had. Very cordial fellow. thanks again Gary. Still would like to get a 65 judging guide though. Blake
