Help Desk - Where can it be located?

I've received notice of a posting to a thread I was a part of - 4 times I have clicked on "Unsubscribe" and 5 times the Board has told me that my request is not valid. ???

The Help Desk can be found in the drop down under the Contacts in the large tool bar above the main NCRS banner at top of the page.
