general question - at our meeting for National ncos - i proposed that the flags on the certificates be in color - i overlaid one of my certificates and it really looked sharp and impressive in color - is there a reason they are black or blue?? and not colored like all the rest in ncrs area's - thanks stephen benson

I suggest you wait a couple weeks for the dust to settle from the convention and then send your proposal to the National Judging Chairman. You will find his email address on the contacts page.
