    Help desk

    I sent info through the help desk several days ago about having to log in every time I try to access this site. Every time I have to log in with user name and password and I click on the "remember me" box but that does no good. I have not heard anything back from the "help" section either

    Check your browser settings-make sure it's not set to clear cookies.

      I don't believe that is the problem as I am on other sites similar to this that allow me to stay logged in.

        moving your thread to the Help/Support forum.
        I do not recall seeing any help tix with your question, and I would have.
        IT is quite prompt with help when a Help Tix comes in.
        I suggest you try again with the Help Tix

          Below is the response sent to you that you never read.

          The NCRS IT Help Desk answers "ALL" tickets in a timely manner. We close all tickets after 5 days if there's no reply.

          If you want assistance with this problem, you may open another Help Desk ticket.
