I have been receiving notices from NCRS WEBMASTER that has been I/D'd as spam or has gone directly to my spam folder. I have never had a problem over the past 20 years like this. I never received a notice or request to judge at this years National and for a judges position at the Texas Regional. I chalked it up to a glitch, now I think it is more than that. Please advise me if you have a suggestion.

Re: receiving notices marked as possible spam
All of the email vendors are trying to reduce spam. They are tightening the algorithms that identify it.
I could tell you how to fix this but I would rather show everyone how to fix this.
Go to Google.com and search on "whitelist in your mail provider" Your mail provider is what is after the @ in your email address. You should find instructions there for how to whitelist. Try *@ncrs.org where * is a wildcard for anything from ncrs.org. If your mail provider won't take that then whitelist all of these, message@ncrs.org, info@ncrs.org, no_reply@ncrs.org, ncrs@ncrs.org, admin@ncrs.org.
If you find one in your trash with a different ncrs.org email address whitelist it also.Administrator

Re: receiving notices marked as possible spam
Ed,
In addition to John's sage advice - do the following.
- login to Yahoo webmail
- go to the SPAM folder
- locate the ncrs.org emails
- click on "Not SPAM", which will move those emails back to the In Box
- keep doing that for a week or so to train Yahoo's SPAM algorithm
