How to find BoD minutes and By-Laws

There is/used to be a link to BoD minutes and By-Laws and so on. I know I saw it in months past, but can't find it today. I am sure my failure to find it is due to my technical challenges. I would appreciate help in locating it.

Alright, I don't get it.

If I click on Gary's link I get it. If I click on CONTACTS (with the S) at the top of the page, I don't get it. If I click on CONTACT at the bottom of the page I don't get it either.

If I was a subscriber to conspiracy theories I would begin to think this information is hidden for a purpose.

I found the by-laws from the home page at the bottom under COMPANY:

But the BoD minutes and Gary's page with links to all of it are still a mystery to me. For years I have only looked at the TDB and now when I get off that page I rapidly get lost in the woods. I am learning something new every day. That is good, but my frustration level is rising rapidly, as you no doubt can tell.

there seems to be, within the site overall, many different ways to reach the same info. And all the ways are tricky to find, at least for me.
I think the easiest way to reach the info you want is to click on Home in the large tool bar above. Then hover on Services, then Click on Member News. I found there links to BoD meeting minutes, as well as By-Laws,

I don't know if this is the best, or easiest way to find the info, but it is one way.

Don, that is an Ah, HA moment for me.

I am relieved that I am not the only one to find all this tricky, especially if my mentor is one of your caliber. THANK YOU and Gary for your help. Now I can go to work on all this.

BTW: You can feel free to remove all evidence of my ignorance and frustration.

Also see bottom of any page, last item in 3rd column - site map. That is similar to a table of contents and may help.
