Master Tabulator award

Can someone confirm where a master tabulator can receive their award? I've been told tabulators are required to attend a national to receive their award and I've also been told they can receive their award at a regional. I just hit my 100 points for master judge and my wife hit her 100 for tabbing last year. It would be nice if we both could receive our award together at our upcoming regional.

you definitely get the 100 Master Hat at Regional, and probably the 100 Tab there as well.. Higher levels awarded at Nationals I believe.
You might drop a note to NJC Mr. Brigham and let him know you and the missus will both be at the Regional, and hope to get your awards there.

per the Judging Reference Manual Section 23 Judging and Tabulation Recognition Awards, page 54

NCRS Master Tabulator AwardPresented only at a National Conventions to a member who has been recognized by the organization and membership for accumulating a minimum of 100 points in the NCRS Tabulator recognition program. The recipient becomes an NCRS Master Tabulator when the award is presented.
