No new NCRS Chapter shall be approved if the proposed new Chapter seeks to include a geographic area already included in the geographic area of an existing Chapter in good standing. If a new NCRS Chapter is proposed to include a geographic area already included in an existing NCRS Chapter, then the proposed new Chapter shall not be approved without the prior written consent of the existing Chapter in good standing.
