Same here. I do not understand what I am doing wrong to cause this to occur. Sometimes it will occur after reading "one" post; other times after reading "several" posts. However, it occurs at least one time during every "new" log in completion. Additionally, I have also been careful to not run over any text when finished reading a particular post, and then moving/going to the next "not read" posting.Help please.
Thanks in advance.Rob

Guys,
Best to submit a Help Desk ticket www.ncrs.org/helpdesk/ when you have a problem - that way your personal data isn't posted on the TDB

Gary...When getting the Chrome browser version for the help ticket, Chrome did an auto update to the lastest verison and problem seems to have gone away for now.
Rob...You may want to check your browser version also and anyone else that has problems. This forum version may not be compatiable with older browser verisions you might be using.

Jack,
A cookie is used to keep you logged in. I suspect your cookie is stale or molding.
Delete your Discussion Board cookie by going to https://www.forums.ncrs.org/register/clearcookies.php
After you do that close your browser and then open it back up. Come back to the TDB.
You will have to log in to reset your cookie be sure to tick the Remember Me box.
Once you have done that leave the Tech Board and close your browser.
Open your browser and come back to the Tech Board and see if it works normally.Administrator
