Help!

When I log in and click on NCRS Technical Discussion Board, I see old posts. There is a "post new thread" button (more about this shortly). When I click "new posts", I do get to see the new posts, but the "post new thread" button has disappeared. What am I doing wrong or who do I contact? Thank you.

Larry, when you click "New Posts", the software gives you a list of all the new posts since you were last logged on. The "Post New Thread" button is gone because it's not intended you should post from this "list".

To go to the NCRS Technical Discussion Board, go to the top left of the "New Posts" list where the path NCRS Technical Discussion Board >Search Forums, Search Results is shown. Click on NCRS Technical Discussion Board, this will take you to a general page that shows the NCRS event schedule. Then click on NCRS Technical Discussion Board again at the top of the list...this will take you to the TDB. IMMEDIATELY BOOKMARK this address...it will take you back to the TDB every time.

Charles, I did exactly that, and the first post that comes up is a 'Welcome' message from Sticky that says it was posted today, but it's actually several days old. What now?

Larry, scroll all the way down and choose forum home from the drop down menu.

Email John Waggoner...you have a problem.

You understand the TDB background is white now, and NOT black, right? If you're getting the black forum screen, you're going over to the OLD forum that hasn't changed since Saturday.

Whenever you see TWO consecutive NCRS Technical Discussion Boards in a "path", always click on the second one...the first one will take you back to the OLD black screen forum.

John, I'm on the right forum--white background and all. I'm afraid I'm missing almost all of the posts because I'm still seeing Stickey's "Welcome" post as the latest post every time I log on. Also. Roy Braatz's 'test' post of yesterday (the one with the Hooter's girls) still shows up as today's post.

Is there a technical assistance line?

Try the "New Posts" in the middle of the tool bar, which will search for new posts and display a list of them. Gary....
