Stealth Mode/Edit Questions

Fearless Leaders,

If I were to go to "stealth mode" I would see a red dot next to my name. What does everybody else see? My guess is that everyone else sees an "unlit" dot that looks like I'm offline. If that's true, then why not show the red dot to all.

How long after the original post until the "Edit" feature times-out?

From the time a post is entered there is a 15 minute window when you can go back and make edits.

I am not sure about the Stealth Mode question. Would have to look that one over.

Thanks John. I'll be online for the next 1/2 hour. want me to go to "Invisible Mode" ( profile option) temporarily? Tell me what you see. I am in "Visible" mode, and have always been.

I was gone when you went to invisible mode. I used a test account without admin privileges to check the status of another member who was in invisible mode. While I could tell he was logged in from my admin account he did not appear in the regular user account.
