Opening thread

Every time that I open a new thread, I am getting the following message in a new window...".Welcome to the NCRS!!!

The program did this on it's own and I cannot figure how to stop it from opening new windows. Nothing else that I log in to using IE does this

Do I understand correctly you get this message evene when you are logged on?

Rob, I just answered a private message from Michael in your chapter. Since then I am now getting the same message as Dick. It opens a new window, says welcome and asks me to register????????

Can I fix this or is this something you need to do?

Sorry, I caused a little glitch in the system. Everything should be fine now...
